Ingredients:
1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, peeled and grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined well. Serve on top of a toasted baguette and a piece of fresh mozzarella.
