Ingredients:

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 gr of flour
  • 100 gr of sugar
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 20 gr melted butter
  • Nutella at will

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 ° C

Cut pieces of banana and mash with a fork.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Combine sugar, yolks, until the white ground.Add mashed bananas, flour and yeast. Beat the egg whites (adding first a pinch of salt) until they are stiff!

Gently fold the egg whites to prepare egg yolks / banana.

Pour the first layer in a cake pan, add the Nutella, then pour the remaining batter.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 40/45 minutes.
