I’ve been having massive digestive problems ever since I left Korea 2 days ago. I have loud intestinal rumbles and constant diarrhea 😦 In order to combat the risk of dehydration, I will be making my own Gatorade today.

1 can orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
water
