Ingredients:
1 large onion per 2 servings
1 cup sifted flour
1 large egg
1 cup ice water
salt
pepper

Directions:
Start by beating the egg together with the ice water. Add flour. Dont mix batter too much.
Drench Onions in Batter, place into fry pan.

Not enough salt? Added 1/2 Vietnamese salt

Really think about getting beef tallow
