Double Black Soy Sauce
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1~2 drops fish sauce
1. Hard boil the eggs (Don’t forget to add the salt)
2. Marinade eggs.
3. Use a stainless steel shallow pan.
4. Add oil to the skillet.
5. Brown the pork and pork fat for 5~10 minutes.
6. Add water until it just covers the pork. Cook for 15~30 minutes.
7. Scratch the bottom of the pan to release the flavor into the broth.
