Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp cayene pepper
2 Andouille sausages sliced
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 tsp thyme
1 medium onion, sliced thickly
1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp cumim
1 medium green pepper, sliced thick
3 oz tomato paste
1 lb cooked linguini
1 cup sliced celery
2 Tbsp soy sauce
8 oz cooked shrimp
2 Tbsp bottle chili sauce

Directions
1. Add oil to a large skillet over low hear.
2. Cook sausage stirring occasionally until done. About 12 minutes.
3. Add onion, bell peppers, celery and garlic. Cook for 8 minutes.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Stir well to blend.
6. Bring to a boil.
7. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
8. Stir in linguini and shrimp.
